JJ’s LIFE

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.

MEET JJ

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, John Jordan Nicastro who was born in Massachusetts on February 23, 1995 and passed away on July 12, 2007 at the age of 12. We will remember him forever.

The day JJ was born he brought tears of joy to our eyes. We felt a love that was so amazing. We loved this precious child so much. He was a wonderful gift from GOD. JJ changed our lives from that moment on. We grew up with him and he was our LITTLE BUDDY! From a young age JJ was very well adjusted and was loved by everybody around him. His family enjoyed and adored him so much! As JJ grew, we got to see all of his great characteristics. He was charismatic, sensitive, loving, competitive and there was never a dull moment. He had all of the qualities a person could ever want to get through life. These characteristics made him what he was and still is in Heaven. JJ definitely did more in his 12 years of life than most people do in a lifetime.

JJ was an incredible writer, actor, singer, athlete, animal lover and most of all, he was an incredible son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend! If you were lucky enough to know JJ, you would seen firsthand that he took sports very seriously and excelled every one he played. He was a natural and we thoroughly enjoyed watching him play and were so proud to say “That’s our Son.” These are some of the memories we choose to keep alive for JJ; we know this is what he would want. We will miss watching he and his friends play wiffleball in our back yards and basketball out on the cul-de-sac. We will miss watching him play with his bow and arrows in the yard, talking about his pellet and paintball guns, going fishing with friends and family, watching his baseball, lacrosse, hockey and football games.

We will miss our special talks and watching movies together. We will miss the excitement JJ brought to our homes, but again, these are memories we will cherish forever! JJ has touched so many lives and we know he’s looking down from heaven saying “I did it,” I brought people to GOD and gave parents the opportunity to love their children and hug them a little more and tell them I LOVE YOU everyday.

This is a great accomplishment. We want to thank GOD for giving us the gift of JJ for 12 years and so many memories to hold on to. I’m sure everyone who reads this would be able to add many more memories to it! This is our special little boy who will now be able to watch over each and every one of us and with GOD’S help, guide us through life.

Although it won’t be easy going through life without him physically being here, we are sure that we will see him again someday and it will be the most joyful reunion ever. We promised JJ we would live life in his honor and never forget him, and this is what we will do. JJ, we miss you, we love you, and our hearts will ache until the day we are reunited with you. You are our Angel forever and are all around us. We can feel you buddy!

THANK YOU GOD! WE LOVE YOU!
